Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on thorough client assessments, ensuring each client receives tailored therapeutic strategies that address their unique needs.

• Conduct evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, families, and groups to enhance mental health and well-being.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic approaches, and solution-focused brief therapy to effectively address a wide range of issues.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams consisting of social workers, psychologists, and psychiatrists to deliver holistic care that meets all aspects of a client’s well-being.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with ethical standards and legal requirements to ensure the highest quality of care.

• Engage in ongoing training and professional development to stay informed about the latest developments in mental health care best practices and innovations.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Maryland.

• Minimum of two years of counseling experience in a clinical environment, demonstrating a commitment to high-quality patient care.

• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards governing counseling practice.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to build rapport with clients from all walks of life effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer competitive compensation ranging from $70,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience, accompanied by potential bonuses based on performance. Additionally, we provide a SIGN-ON BONUS for new hires.
