Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate the trauma history of clients and determine appropriate therapeutic interventions.

• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs, focusing on trauma recovery and resilience-building.

• Utilize evidence-based interventions such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) to facilitate emotional healing.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions that help clients navigate their trauma experiences and develop effective coping strategies.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to deliver integrated care, ensuring comprehensive support for each client.
