This role is designed for remote work, allowing our counselors to provide therapy from their own homes while still maintaining a strong connection to our collaborative community health clinic setting. Our clinic operates from 7 am to 10 pm daily, accommodating the varied schedules of our clients. We provide an organized support team for scheduling and client services, ensuring that our licensed counselors can focus on delivering exceptional care without the burden of administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, your day-to-day activities will involve:

• Conducting thorough trauma-informed assessments to understand patients' backgrounds and establish baseline needs.

• Crafting individualized treatment plans aimed at trauma recovery while building resilience in patients.

• Delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Providing both individual and group therapy sessions, helping clients process their experiences while developing effective coping strategies for healing.

• Collaborating with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic and integrated approach to patient care.
