Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop tailored therapy plans that meet the individual needs of clients.

• Deliver therapeutic interventions based on evidence-based practices, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Facilitate therapy sessions for individuals, groups, families, and couples, ensuring that each session is customized to address their specific challenges and goals.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards while utilizing electronic health record systems.

• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops and training sessions to stay informed on the latest mental health advancements.

As an LCPC, you will work with diverse populations, including children, adults, couples, and families seeking support for a wide range of issues, such as anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, trauma, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
