Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual, couples, and family counseling to clients experiencing a range of mental health challenges, ensuring each session is tailored to the client’s specific needs.

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to inform individualized treatment plans and establish therapeutic goals based on evidence-based practices.

• Utilize various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and solution-focused therapy, adapting techniques as necessary to fit each client’s situation.

• Document client interactions and treatment progress accurately to meet ethical, regulatory, and organizational standards, ensuring confidentiality and data security.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of professionals including psychologists, psychiatrists, and care coordinators to optimize client outcomes.

• Participate in case consultations, take part in ongoing training, and attend team meetings to enhance clinical skills and promote professional development.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a broad and diverse client base comprising various demographics, cultural backgrounds, and mental health issues. Qualifications\n

• Active LCPC license in Nevada, or eligibility for licensure within 90 days of hire.
