Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in mental health counseling or a related field is required.

• Current, unrestricted, independent LCPC license.
\n
• A minimum of one year of post-graduate experience in an outpatient clinical setting is essential.

• Proficiency in utilizing technology, including familiarity with Excel spreadsheets, RMS systems, and organizational tools such as Outlook and PIMSY.

• Experienced in providing direct psychotherapy services for individuals and families, with a comfort level in assessing and completing intake evaluations.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• The annual salary for this position ranges from $75,000 to $90,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

• This role follows a fee-for-service model with guaranteed rates paid in advance of client collections, ensuring stability in earnings.
