Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop tailored therapy strategies for clients based on their unique needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, adapting your approach as necessary for different demographics.

• Utilize various therapy modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused therapy, to address specific client challenges.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is between USD 70,000 and 110,000 annually, along with performance-based bonuses and a generous sign-on bonus to reward your commitment to our mission.
