Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor at Life Digital Health, your day-to-day activities will include:

• Progress Monitoring: Utilize various assessment tools and feedback mechanisms to evaluate clients' progress, ensuring that their treatment plans remain relevant and effective.

• Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Work alongside psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and discuss complex cases for optimal outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our primary focus is supporting young adults aged 18-30 who face a range of mental health challenges. This may include anxiety, depression, trauma, and other emotional difficulties that hinder their personal and social development. By providing evidence-based treatments in our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), we aim to empower our clients to achieve sustainable recovery and improved well-being.

• Educational Background: A Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy is required.

• Licensure: A valid Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) license.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
