Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to inform individualized treatment plans for each client.

• Deliver therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, to individuals, couples, families, and groups.

• Utilize clinical judgment to tailor therapeutic techniques based on each client’s unique circumstances and goals.
\n
• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
\n
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care coordination, including participation in clinical meetings to discuss client progress.
\n
• Engage in continuous educational opportunities such as webinars and workshops to stay abreast of the latest developments in mental health research and treatment methodologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse range of clients, addressing various mental health issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and substance use disorders. Our client population reflects the multicultural makeup of Hoffman Estates, Illinois, allowing you to enhance your cultural competency while providing care to individuals from various backgrounds.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Illinois.

• Minimum of two years of counseling experience in a clinical context, demonstrating direct service delivery to clients.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience or specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance misuse treatment.

• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and technology to facilitate remote counseling sessions effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to USD 110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
