Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain a caseload of diverse clients, establishing positive therapeutic relationships while upholding professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions to assess client progress, discuss stability, schedule future appointments, and facilitate discharge planning when appropriate.

• Develop and implement individualized, person-centered treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate clients' mental health conditions and create therapeutic strategies.

• Document client interactions meticulously, maintaining accurate progress notes and case files.
