Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the ongoing needs of patients and adapt treatment plans accordingly.

• Maintain open lines of communication among supervisors, family members, and auxiliary support individuals to share client progress and adjustments in care.
\n
• Provide supervisors with a structured schedule of appointments, home visits, and observations to monitor case progression.
\n
• Coordinate home visits and ensure compliance with observation requirements through diligent chart reviews and data collection.
\n
• Guarantee the effective implementation of treatment plans, regularly evaluating their impact on patient outcomes.
\n
• Participate in Interdisciplinary Team Meetings to provide insights on client progress and collaborate on care strategies.
\n
• Complete detailed monthly and quarterly progress notes to document patient advancements and inform future treatment decisions.
\n
• Organize training sessions to ensure staff competency in implementing treatment plans and maintaining proper documentation.
\n
• Conduct follow-up interviews and home visits to provide continued support and adapt care as necessary.
\n
• Act as a resource for the public and mental health community, promoting understanding of our services and contributing to community-based development goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse client population, including both adults and youth. You will engage with individuals facing a variety of challenges, including trauma, substance misuse, and family dynamics. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Must possess an active and unrestricted license as a Clinical Professional Counselor in the state of Maryland.

• A minimum of 2 years of counseling experience is required, ideally in a clinical environment.

• A strong background in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, substance misuse, or trauma counseling is highly desirable.

• Demonstrated understanding of legal and ethical standards in mental health practice.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building rapport with a wide range of clientele.

• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with a healthcare team.

• Familiarity with EMR systems and related technologies is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $105,000 per year, dependent on experience and caseload availability. Additional benefits include:
