Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor at Terradise, you will:

• Manage a caseload of youth clients, establishing strong therapeutic relationships that foster trust and ensure ethical boundaries are maintained.

• Conduct regular sessions to evaluate client progress and address ongoing needs, facilitating timely discussions around appointments, stability, and discharge planning.

• Develop, implement, and regularly update person-centered treatment plans aligned with each client’s individual goals and therapeutic aspirations.

• Maintain meticulous and up-to-date documentation, ensuring all progress notes, assessments, and treatment plans meet legal and organizational requirements.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to understand client history, challenges, and therapeutic needs.

• Conduct individual therapy sessions with a focus on evidence-based practices that support client engagement and growth.

• Engage in individual supervision, demonstrating a commitment to personal and professional development within the field of mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role specifically targets youth populations facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related issues, and behavioral concerns. The clinician will utilize age-appropriate techniques to engage younger clients, seeking to create transformative therapeutic experiences that promote resilience and recovery.

Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree in Counseling or a closely related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Nevada.

• Ability to fulfill internal credentialing requirements as set forth by relevant healthcare standards.

• Demonstrated experience working with psychiatric patients and/or populations coping with substance use disorders.
\n
• A minimum of two years of experience in clinical assessment, diagnosis, individual therapy, and group therapy.

• Competency with computer systems, including basic data entry and electronic health record management.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in youth counseling, with a focus on developmental issues facing adolescents and young adults.

• Familiarity with contemporary therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
