Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCPC at Haña Wellness Clinic, your role will encompass a variety of responsibilities tailored to fostering client growth and stability. You will:

• Manage a caseload of clients, developing rapport and nurturing professional relationships while upholding ethical standards.

• Conduct regular sessions to assess client progress, review treatment plans, and plan for discharge when necessary.

• Create, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans that are person-centered and adaptable to client needs.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of progress notes and other required records for each client.

• Conduct initial intake assessments to identify client needs and formulate treatment goals.

• Facilitate weekly individual therapy sessions tailored to the unique challenges each client faces.

• Engage in continuous professional development through individual supervision and training opportunities.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care for clients.

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this role, candidates must possess:

Compensation and Benefits\n
