Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor at Haña Wellness Clinic, your role encompasses a variety of responsibilities designed to foster healing and growth among clients aged 18-30. You will:

• Facilitate dynamic group therapy sessions that create a safe space for clients to share their experiences, fostering peer connections and collective healing.

• Provide individualized therapy sessions, tailoring approaches to each client’s unique needs and helping them develop personalized coping strategies and actionable plans for improvement.

• Create comprehensive treatment plans in collaboration with clients, ensuring that goals are specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound (SMART).

• Regularly assess and monitor client progress through various evaluation methods, adjusting treatment plans as needed to best support client outcomes.

• Engage in continuous collaboration with the multidisciplinary team, which includes psychiatrists, social workers, and other therapists, to ensure seamless care and consultation on complex cases.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for the role of Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

Compensation and Benefits\n
