Key Responsibilities\n

• Facilitating Group Therapy: Lead engaging and supportive group sessions to help clients connect, share experiences, and foster mutual understanding.

• Providing Individual Counseling: Offer personalized, empathetic sessions that guide clients in exploring their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, aiding in the development of effective coping strategies.

• Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to design and implement individualized treatment plans that reflect their specific goals and needs.

• Monitoring Progress: Evaluate client progress through various assessment tools, incorporating feedback to ensure continuous improvement in care.

• Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Work alongside a team of diverse professionals, coordinating care and consulting on complex cases to optimize outcomes for each client.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on young adults aged 18 to 30, as you engage with clients in our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). This demographic often faces unique mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and transitional life issues. Your expertise will guide them through their struggles, providing the tools they need for lasting recovery and improved well-being.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in a relevant field, such as counseling, psychology, social work, or marriage and family therapy.

• Active Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) credentials in Illinois.

• Strong understanding of evidence-based practices in mental health treatment.

• Commitment to ethical standards and continuous professional development.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience working with young adults in a therapeutic setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
