Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor at Clinton County Community Therapy Center, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing individualized therapy strategies tailored to the unique needs of each client, conducting comprehensive assessments and evaluations to inform treatment plans.

• Delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions to groups, families, couples, and individuals, focusing on their specific goals and challenges.

• Employing a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused strategies.

• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to offer comprehensive care that addresses the full spectrum of client needs.

• Maintaining accurate clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and integrity in all client interactions.

• Engaging in ongoing professional development through workshops and training sessions to stay updated on the latest mental health research and practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client base, including individuals experiencing a wide range of mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, substance misuse, and relationship issues. Your empathy, active listening skills, and therapeutic skills will play a critical role in facilitating healing and improvement in their lives. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Current and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Illinois.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, ideally in a clinical setting, is essential.

• Strong familiarity with legal and ethical standards in mental health practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 110,000 annually, along with a sign-on bonus for eligible candidates.
