Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough client assessments and evaluations to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to individual needs.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions through individual, group, family, and couple therapy sessions, utilizing approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused techniques.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards to ensure quality of care.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, therapists are eligible for performance-based bonuses, providing unlimited earning potential.
