Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health and create tailored therapeutic plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic therapy, adapting approaches based on individual client needs.

• Facilitate therapeutic sessions with individuals, couples, families, and groups, focusing on establishing trust and rapport to maximize treatment efficacy.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with legal and professional standards using electronic medical record (EMR) systems.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our LCPCs work with a diverse client base, including individuals and families who may have limited access to traditional mental health resources. Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary range of $70,000 to $90,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
