Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, you will engage in a variety of impactful activities, including but not limited to:

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on young adults aged 18 to 30 who are navigating mental health challenges. This demographic presents unique needs that require understanding, empathy, and effective therapeutic interventions. You will support clients through outpatient treatment programs, specifically in our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), which emphasizes resilience and skill-building.

• A Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in Illinois.

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant professional counseling experience.

While 2 years of experience is required, preference will be given to candidates with extensive experience working specifically with adolescents and young adults. Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
