Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCPC, you will play a pivotal role in the mental health journey of our clients aged 18 to 30. Your responsibilities will include:

• Group Therapy: Facilitate engaging and therapeutic group sessions that promote peer support and healthy interaction. These sessions will encourage clients to share their individual experiences, learn from one another, and develop essential coping skills in a collaborative setting.

Your primary focus will be on adolescents and young adults navigating a range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment disorders. Our state-of-the-art facility employs evidence-based and holistic treatment methodologies within a Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) designed to support intensive yet nurturing care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers an annual salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
