Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), your primary responsibilities will include:

• Facilitating Group Therapy: Lead engaging group therapy sessions that foster connection among clients, providing a space for shared experiences and collaborative learning.

• Providing Individual Therapy: Conduct personalized therapy sessions where you will explore clients’ thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, and co-create actionable coping strategies.

• Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to develop individualized treatment plans that reflect their specific needs, preferences, and therapeutic goals.

• Monitoring Client Progress: Utilize assessment tools and feedback mechanisms to track and evaluate each client’s progress and adapt treatment strategies as necessary.

• Collaborating with a Multidisciplinary Team: Engage regularly with a team of professionals to coordinate care, discuss complex cases, and enhance treatment outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on young adults aged 18 to 30 who are enrolled in our Outpatient Treatment Center’s Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). This demographic often faces unique mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and transitional stress. Your role will be essential in guiding them through these hurdles while fostering resilience and hope for the future.

Qualifications\n

To thrive in this role, candidates must possess:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.

• A valid Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) license in the state of Nevada.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage meaningfully with clients.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, the following experiences are advantageous:

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
