Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  Facilitating Group Therapy: Lead structured group sessions focused on mutual support where clients can share their experiences, develop coping strategies, and learn from one another in a safe, virtual space.

  Conducting Individual Therapy: Provide personalized, empathetic counseling through telehealth, helping clients explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors while guiding them in developing effective action plans for personal growth and recovery.

  Creating Treatment Plans: Collaborate with clients to design individualized treatment plans that reflect their unique goals, preferences, and needs, ensuring a client-centered approach to care.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

• Current Licensure as a Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California.

• A minimum of one year of clinical experience in providing mental health counseling, preferably with adolescents and young adults.

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field; a Master’s Degree is highly preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n
