This position is designed for remote work, allowing you to maintain a work-life balance while delivering personalized care to your clients. You will work standard hours from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, providing you with a structured schedule that supports your availability and personal commitments. Key Responsibilities\n

As an LPCC at Divine Mercy Psychiatry, your daily responsibilities will include a variety of essential tasks, such as:

• Conducting comprehensive intake assessments and diagnostic evaluations to determine clients' needs and treatment options.

• Performing risk assessments to identify potential crises and establish immediate interventions as needed.
\n
• Collaborating with clients to develop and implement individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans tailored to their unique circumstances and mental health challenges.

• Providing psychotherapy services to individuals, and potentially couples or families, focusing on issues related to anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions.

• Documenting all services in compliance with ethical, legal, and professional standards to ensure the highest quality of care.

• Participating in optional peer consultation and team meetings to enhance teamwork, share knowledge, and support your own professional growth.

• Remaining compliant with all California Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS) regulations, including maintaining your active LPCC license and fulfilling continuing education requirements.

Your work will involve engaging with a diverse caseload of clients, including adolescents and adults experiencing various mental health challenges.
