Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, group, or family therapy sessions either in person or via telehealth platforms, ensuring accessibility and convenience for clients.

• Perform thorough biopsychosocial assessments to gather essential information, collaboratively developing individualized treatment plans that align with clients' goals.
\n
• Utilize various evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to effectively address client challenges.

• Ensure all clinical documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner, leveraging our state-of-the-art EHR system to maintain client records and treatment notes.

• Engage in clinical supervision and peer consultation meetings to enhance your skills and contribute to a learning culture within the organization.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, case managers, and a dedicated support team to provide holistic care that addresses the multifaceted needs of clients.

Your clinical practice will involve working with a diverse range of clients, including children, teens, adults, and families. Qualifications\n
