Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct regular teletherapy sessions via secure video conferencing, adapting your therapeutic approach to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Evaluate client progress and treatment plans regularly to ensure alignment with best practices and desired outcomes.

• Document all clinical interactions and treatment plans meticulously within our easy-to-use web-based EHR system, adhering to company policies and state regulations.

• Engage in team meetings and collaborative case discussions to share insights, strategies, and support with fellow clinicians.

• Utilize evidence-based psychotherapeutic techniques to address a range of mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, and trauma-related disorders.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse array of clients seeking support for mental health challenges within an outpatient setting. Your ability to connect and empathize with individuals from various backgrounds is crucial, as you will facilitate their mental wellness journey by providing tailored therapeutic interventions in a compassionate manner.

Qualifications\n

• A valid LPCC license in the state of California is required.

• A Master’s degree in Professional Counseling from an accredited institution.
