Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Facilitate therapeutic sessions—individual, group, and family—leveraging evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Utilize trauma-informed care practices tailored to clients’ various backgrounds and experiences, nurturing a safe environment for open dialogue and healing.

• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, case managers, and social workers, to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation, adhering to California state regulations concerning client records and therapy processes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a varied client base, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use disorders, and other mental health issues. Your ability to provide empathetic support and develop tailored treatment strategies will be essential in fostering positive client outcomes and overall well-being, as you work to empower clients with coping strategies and resilience approaches.

Qualifications\n

• Active LPCC license in California in good standing.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Clinical Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in mental health counseling, providing services to adult, adolescent, or family units.

• Proficient in evidence-based therapeutic interventions with demonstrated success in implementation.

Compensation and Benefits\n
