Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor at WPS Behavioral and Counseling Center, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Individual Therapy Sessions: Provide tailored one-on-one counseling that empowers clients to explore their emotions and develop effective coping strategies.

• Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to develop personalized and goal-oriented treatment plans that address their unique mental health needs.

• Progress Monitoring: Evaluate and track client progress using established assessment tools, regularly updating treatment plans based on feedback and outcomes.

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, engaging in open communication about client care and contributing to case discussions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will primarily focus on young adults aged 18 to 30 who are seeking support for various mental health challenges. These may include anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. Our outpatient treatment center employs a holistic approach, ensuring each client receives comprehensive care tailored to their specific situation.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Current LCPC licensure in the state of Illinois, with the ability to provide telehealth services.
