Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to establish appropriate and personalized treatment plans for clients.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to individuals, couples, families, and groups, employing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Collaborate consistently with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care, ensuring each client receives well-rounded support addressing both emotional and psychological needs.

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date clinical records that comply with ethical standards and legal regulations, utilizing electronic medical records (EMR) systems effectively.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload.
