Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor at Life Digital Health, your daily responsibilities will encompass a range of activities aimed at supporting our clients in their mental health journey:

• Individual Counseling: Provide tailored individual therapy to clients, exploring their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors to establish effective coping strategies and actionable life plans.

• Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to create personalized, goal-focused treatment plans that address their unique circumstances and aspirations.

• Progress Monitoring: Utilize evidence-based assessment tools to track client progress, providing constructive feedback and adapting treatment plans as necessary.

• Team Collaboration: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, ensuring coordinated care and comprehensive support for each client.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on adolescents and young adults aged 18 to 30 participating in our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). You will provide-informed and holistic treatment approaches that address various mental health challenges, helping these individuals navigate their unique developmental and emotional landscapes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a relevant field such as Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Illinois is required.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster supportive relationships with clients and team members.

• Ability to maintain professionalism while demonstrating empathy and understanding towards clients' diverse experiences.

Compensation and Benefits\n
