Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive client assessments and evaluations to identify individual mental health needs.

• Develop and implement personalized therapy plans using various evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused short therapy.

• Facilitate individual, group, couples, and family therapy sessions aimed at addressing specific mental health challenges.

• Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing electronic medical record (EMR) systems effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active, unrestricted licensure as a Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Illinois.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers an attractive annual salary range of USD 70,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience and caseload capacity.
