This role is entirely remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from home while being part of a collaborative team dedicated to mental health services. We utilize a community health clinic model, including shared resources and coordinated care with Comprehensive Psychiatric Care. This collaboration enhances service delivery and ensures that our clients have access to a broad range of therapeutic options.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients by establishing rapport and maintaining professional ethics and boundaries throughout the therapeutic process.

• Conduct regular meetings with clients to evaluate their progress, discuss treatment stability, and plan follow-ups or discharges when suitable.
\n
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.
\n
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including progress notes and treatment updates for each client.
\n
• Conduct intake assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and create initial treatment plans.
\n
• Prepare and facilitate a certain number of individual therapy sessions each week, focusing on evidence-based therapeutic methods.

• Engage in individual supervision sessions to discuss case management, professional development, and therapeutic modalities.
\n
• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to create a holistic support network for clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in mental health counseling or a related field is required.

• An active, unrestricted LCPC license is necessary to perform counseling duties.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least one year of experience working in an outpatient clinical setting post-graduation, providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families.

• Proficiency with technology and software systems such as Excel spreadsheets, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY to manage client information efficiently.

• Comfortability and competence in completing comprehensive intake assessments and developing treatment plans based on client needs.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this role ranges from $75,000 to $90,000 annually, reflective of your experience and qualifications. We operate on a Fee-for-Service model that guarantees compensation is paid ahead of collections, ensuring a steady income without waiting for reimbursements. Additional benefits include:
