Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide comprehensive individual, couples, and family counseling sessions, utilizing proven therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to address issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational challenges.

• Conduct thorough and thoughtful mental health assessments, ensuring an accurate understanding of each client's needs to create tailored and effective treatment plans.

• Regularly evaluate client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to maximize therapeutic outcomes and deliver optimal care throughout the counseling journey.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and other healthcare providers, to ensure seamless and holistic client care, as well as appropriate referrals to additional services when required.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of clinical progress in compliance with state and federal regulations, including adherence to HIPAA standards, promoting accountability and clarity in client care.

• Engage actively in professional development through continuous training, supervision, and opportunities to expand clinical skills and stay updated on the latest advancements in mental health treatment.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $90,000, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance.
