This position offers flexible work settings including remote opportunities and outpatient office responsibilities. Our work hours are accommodating, with options for both full-time and part-time schedules. For full-time employees, working hours will be Monday through Friday, while part-time staff have the flexibility to schedule their hours based on team needs and personal preferences, operating without any weekend commitments.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of clients to develop tailored, individualized therapy strategies.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), solution-focused brief therapy, and psychodynamic approaches.

• Provide therapy services to individuals, families, and groups, fostering a supportive and healing environment.

• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation to comply with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.

• Regularly participate in training sessions, workshops, and continuing education to stay abreast of the latest mental health practices and research.

At Clinton County Community Therapy Center, you will work with a diverse client population that includes individuals facing a range of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work or a related field.

• A valid and unrestricted LCPC license in the state of Illinois is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $70,000 to $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Additional incentives may include a sign-on bonus to help you start your journey with us.
