Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor at Dorchester Counseling Center, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments to determine clients' mental health needs and creating tailor-made treatment plans.

• Providing effective therapeutic interventions based on evidence-based practices, targeting individuals, families, and groups based on their unique circumstances.

• Utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy (SFBT) to ensure the highest standard of client care.

• Monitoring and documenting client progress accurately and ethically to ensure compliance with state laws and regulations.

• Engaging in supervision and consultations with colleagues to elevate service quality and enhance personal professional development.

Qualifications\n
