Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, you will:

• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions, helping clients connect and share experiences, fostering a shared understanding among participants.

• Provide individual therapy that is personalized and empathetic, guiding clients through their thoughts and emotions to develop actionable coping strategies.

• Collaborate with clients to create individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans that reflect their unique needs and aspirations.

• Monitor and assess client progress using a variety of assessment tools to track their journeys toward recovery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on young adults aged 18 to 30 who are participating in our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). This demographic often faces significant mental health challenges, and through your intervention, you will help them strive for healing and empowerment. By guiding them through evidenced-based and holistic treatment approaches, you will play a vital role in their recovery journey.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will have:

• A Master's Degree in a relevant field such as counseling, social work, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.

• A current Illinois LCPC license to practice.

• A strong foundation in mental health treatment modalities.

Preferred Experience\n
