Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand client needs and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, to facilitate effective treatment.

• Deliver evidence-based therapy to diverse groups of clients, adjusting approaches as necessary to meet varying needs.

• Develop and maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive care, participating in case reviews and treatment planning meetings.

• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops and training to stay abreast of the latest mental health research and treatment breakthroughs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Illinois.

• A minimum of two years of relevant counseling experience, particularly in a clinical or therapeutic setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 110,000 per year, coupled with additional bonus opportunities.
