Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized therapy strategies tailored to each client, ensuring thorough assessments and evaluations are conducted.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, groups, couples, and families, addressing a variety of mental health concerns.

• Utilize a range of therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, to suit the unique needs of each client.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records in compliance with legal standards, ensuring ethical practice in all client interactions.

• Participate actively in ongoing professional development workshops and training to stay abreast of the latest advancements in mental health research.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients come from diverse backgrounds and face a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Current and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Illinois.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably within a clinical setting.

Preferred Experience\n

• Specialty training or experience in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance abuse treatment is strongly preferred.

• A solid understanding of legal and ethical standards governing mental health practice, ensuring compliance and best practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to USD 110,000 annually, complemented by performance bonuses and a sign-on bonus for new hires.
