Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed culturally sensitive assessments for new patients and their families, focusing on strengths and areas for growth.
\n
• Provide individualized therapy sessions, both in person and virtually, to address the specific mental health needs of patients.
\n
• Develop comprehensive documentation, including billing, treatment plans, and insurance authorization, ensuring compliance with organizational timelines and regulatory standards.
\n
• Formulate crisis intervention strategies, safety plans, relapse prevention plans, and wellness strategies to maintain patients' stability and promote ongoing recovery.
\n
• Create discharge plans with patients to ensure a smooth transition from therapy, including resources for continued support.
\n
• Adhere to all federal and state regulations, as well as Emory’s internal policies and procedures.
\n
• Engage in continuous professional development through training sessions and educational opportunities, contributing to overall team skill enhancement.
\n
• Participate actively in case consultation meetings and team discussions to foster collaborative care approaches.
\n
• Complete all required licensure renewal and mandatory training as specified by state regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals of varying ages and backgrounds who present with a wide range of mental health challenges. This includes anxiety, depression, trauma, and transitional life issues. The role emphasizes a strength-based approach to empower individuals and families in their mental health journey.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a closely related field that qualifies for licensure.

• Current licensure as a mental health professional in Illinois (LCPC, LMFT, LCSW) is required for consideration.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working in outpatient mental health settings preferred.
\n
• Proficiency in using telehealth platforms and electronic health records.
\n
• Demonstrated ability to perform culturally competent care and deliver evidence-based interventions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with your level of licensure and experience. Our benefits package includes:
