Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and develop individualized therapy plans tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short therapy.

• Engage in group and individual therapy sessions, working with clients to address a diverse range of mental health challenges.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in accordance with legal and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients, discussing treatment progress and strategies during team meetings.

• Participate actively in professional development opportunities and workshops, staying current with emerging trends and research in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse client population, including individuals, families, couples, and groups facing various mental health issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
