Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluate clients’ mental health conditions to develop tailored treatment plans.

• Implement individualized therapy strategies utilizing various evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, and provide therapeutic support to families and couples navigating challenges related to mental health.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and communicate any necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on client progress.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring continuity of care among services provided.

• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops and training to stay updated on recent advancements in mental health practices and research.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on diverse populations, including individuals facing significant barriers to mental health care, such as socioeconomic challenges, trauma, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• An active and unrestricted license as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Maryland.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is a requirement.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• The salary range for this position is USD 70,000 – 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload availability.
