Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions using modalities such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy tailored to individual client needs.

• Engage in collaborative practices with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with ethical standards and legal regulations, utilizing Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems effectively.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our counselors serve a diverse clientele, including individuals experiencing trauma, substance abuse issues, relationship challenges, and various mental health concerns. Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Clinical Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Nevada.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 per year based on caseload and experience.
