Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to develop individualized therapy plans tailored to their unique needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to diverse client groups, including individuals, couples, and families.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic approaches, and solution-focused brief therapy, to facilitate client progress.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve come from various backgrounds and experiences, many of whom face barriers to accessing mental health services. Your role will involve treating a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• Must hold an active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Illinois.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in mental health counseling is required, demonstrating your capacity to conduct therapy independently.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload availability.
