Key Responsibilities\n

• Group Therapy Facilitation: Lead engaging group sessions where clients can share experiences, learn coping skills, and foster connections with peers.

• Individual Therapy: Provide compassionate, one-on-one sessions, customizing therapeutic approaches based on individual client assessments.

• Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to design individualized treatment plans, aligning therapeutic goals with their personal aspirations.

You will be primarily working with young adults aged 18 to 30, many of whom may be facing issues related to anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health conditions. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The starting salary for this position ranges from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
