Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and screenings to evaluate clients’ psychological needs and inform treatment approaches.

• Create individualized treatment plans that consider each client's unique circumstances, therapeutic goals, and preferred methods of intervention.

• Lead engaging individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to support client improvement.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team, engaging in weekly consultations and shared treatment planning to assure cohesive support for our clients.

• Educate and guide clients' family members, enhancing their understanding of the recovery process while encouraging their involvement and support.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential records, ensuring compliance with all ethical standards and state regulations.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess a current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW-C), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) .

• A Master's degree or Doctorate in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related area is mandatory.

• Evidence of specialized training or a substantial background in mental health counseling.

• Strong grasp of evidence-based practices regarding a range of mental health disorders.

• Exceptional therapeutic skills with the ability to build rapport and inspire clients throughout their therapeutic journey.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with the ability to work efficiently within a team.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of three years’ experience in mental health counseling within a clinical or community health setting.
