Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments for individuals, teenagers, families, and groups, tailoring interventions based on specific client needs.

• Perform initial comprehensive assessments and develop tailored care plans while managing the triage process to prioritize care accordingly.

• Document assessment findings, interventions, and treatment plans clearly and ethically, facilitating effective communication during interdisciplinary meetings and patient rounds.

• Exhibit proficiency in addressing the physical, psychological, educational, and safety needs of patients across various age groups, ensuring competent and compassionate care.

• Provide case management services, collaborating with hospital staff and community programs to ensure multifaceted support for assigned patients.

• Incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques along with other evidence-based approaches to empower clients in fulfilling their unique service plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will serve a varied client base, including children, adolescents, adults, and families. Our practice attracts clients dealing with common issues such as anxiety, depression, stress management, trauma, and major life transitions. Your role is crucial in offering tailored support, enhancing both individuality and group therapy experiences.

Qualifications\n

• Candidates must hold valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW-C) in Maryland.
