This position offers the flexibility of a remote work setting, allowing you to connect with clients from the comfort of your home while maintaining a flexible schedule. Although primarily a remote position, you will be part of a cohesive team that communicates regularly through virtual platforms. The outpatient nature of our practice allows therapists to focus on building therapeutic relationships with clients, assessing their unique needs, and developing tailored treatment strategies.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct culturally sensitive and strength-based assessments for new patients and families, ensuring personalized treatment planning.

• Provide individual and family therapy, utilizing best practices and evidence-based techniques to address diverse mental health issues.

• Complete all necessary documentation, including billing, individualized treatment plans, and insurance authorization forms promptly and accurately, adhering to specified time frames.

• Develop comprehensive crisis plans, safety plans, and wellness plans to support client stability and recovery.
\n
• Create and execute effective discharge plans that facilitate client transitions out of therapy while maintaining ongoing support.
\n
• Ensure compliance with current federal and state regulations, as well as NEHS policies and procedures.
\n
• Continuously enhance your professional competence and skills through ongoing training, workshops, and continuing education opportunities.
\n
• Participate actively in case consultations and agency meetings to support collaborative treatment planning and care coordination.
\n
• Complete all licensure and mandatory training to maintain compliance with professional standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will be working with a diverse range of clients experiencing mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related field that qualifies for licensure.
