Genuine Care Counseling and Wellness is a clinician-owned mental health practice built on collaboration, clinical excellence, and sustainable care. We are growing and seeking a Licensed Outpatient Therapist who values autonomy, professionalism, and integrated care.

This is a flexible, part-time W-2 position with steady referrals—so you can focus on therapy, not marketing.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient psychotherapy via telehealth and/or in person
• Conduct comprehensive intakes and develop treatment plans
• Deliver evidence-based therapy (CBT, DBT-informed, trauma-focused; EMDR a plus)
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in EHR

• Qualifications

• Active Maryland license ( LCSW-C or LCPC ) preferred
• LMSW candidates actively working toward LCSW-C licensure are encouraged to apply
• 1+ year outpatient experience preferred
• Comfortable providing both telehealth and in-person services
• Active NPI and CAQH (credentialing support available)

• Pay:

• $70–$75/hour (LCSW-C, LCPC)
• $55–$65/hour (LMSW, working toward LCSW-C)
• Based on experience and role responsibilities
