Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily provide care for a diverse clientele, including those from ethnic and cultural minorities, LGBTQ+ individuals, and immigrants facing unique challenges. Your expertise will contribute to delivering inclusive, effective mental health care that honors and respects the backgrounds of your patients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LCSW-S, LCPC, or LMFT in the state of Maryland.
\n
• A strong understanding of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment methodologies.

• Demonstrated experience in delivering individual and group therapy employing culturally responsive approaches.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of establishing rapport with a diverse patient population.
\n
• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems, along with general computer skills necessary for documentation and communication.

• A commitment to maintaining professional boundaries while adhering to ethical guidelines and confidentiality requirements.

• The ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team, contributing to a collaborative environment that enhances patient care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Gotham Enterprises Ltd offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
