This full-time, remote position allows you to provide valuable mental health support to individuals, couples, and families through telehealth services. Work Environment\n

As a remote mental health professional, you will utilize telehealth technology to connect with clients in a safe and effective manner. Our work setting promotes work-life balance, as you will have the freedom to create your own schedule, working between 10 to 40 hours per week, depending on your availability and preferences. Our administration team will assist you with in-house credentialing and insurance management, allowing you to focus exclusively on delivering high-quality therapy.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, couples, and families, enabling effective treatment planning tailored to unique client needs.

• Facilitate evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and contribute to individualized service plans.
\n
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment strategies, ensuring a holistic approach to patient care.
\n
• Provide timely and precise documentation of assessments, treatment progress, and patient interactions to support continuity of care and compliance with regulatory standards.

• Engage in regular interdisciplinary meetings and discussions, participating in patient rounds to ensure a well-coordinated approach to client care.

• Maintain ongoing communication with clients and families to track progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary for optimal outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will serve a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, and adults experiencing a range of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. Your expertise will not only support individual treatment but also strengthen family dynamics and community well-being.

Qualifications\n

• Valid licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LCPC, LCSW) in the state of Nevada is mandatory.

• A Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• At least two years of clinical experience working in mental health settings, demonstrating a robust understanding of therapeutic practices.

• Must exhibit excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to ethical practice in mental health treatment.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience using telehealth platforms for therapy, since this role is entirely remote, is highly preferred.

• Familiarity with various evidence-based practices, particularly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and trauma-informed care.

Compensation and Benefits\n
