Work Environment\n

As a remote position, this role offers a comfortable work environment that prioritizes flexibility. You'll have the autonomy to manage your schedule within the designated work hours, Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. In this telehealth setting, you’ll utilize digital platforms to conduct therapy sessions, ensuring that you can provide high-quality care from the comfort of your own home or preferred location.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations to diagnose mental health conditions and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Maintain a caseload of 25-30 client visits per week, providing both individual therapy sessions and group therapy as needed.

• Document session details, treatment updates, and progress notes consistently according to organizational protocols, ensuring compliance and quality care.

• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with case managers, families, schools, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate services for your clients.

• Employ creative and evidence-based therapeutic interventions to help clients achieve their goals and foster positive behavioral changes.

• Deliver exceptional customer service, prioritizing client needs to enhance their therapeutic experience.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse client population that includes children, adolescents, couples, and families facing a range of mental health challenges. Your compassionate approach and ability to connect with clients will be pivotal in providing support to those overcoming various life stressors, including addiction, anxiety, depression, and relational issues.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Current and active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Strong understanding of family therapy principles and community resources available for client referral.

• Proficient in mental health documentation, with demonstrated experience in creating treatment plans and clinical case notes.

• Able to demonstrate and model appropriate boundaries with clients, fostering a safe therapeutic environment.

• Effective communication skills, including professional writing capable of articulating therapeutic content clearly and compassionately.

• Experienced in working with a variety of client demographics, having a comfort level with discussing fee structures at the time of service.

• Successfully pass a background check to ensure the safety of all clients.
